Sacred and Profane Mittens

Goal for today - Cast on the sacred and profane mittens (pattern from Amy Singer's Knitwits book) for a friends birthday present (even though I'm in love with the yarn want want to keep them all for myself)

The armwarmers will be knit out of Mirasol Miski (100% baby llama) in colourway 105 and the tops will be knit out of Mirasol Hacho colorway 306.

Coffee is brewed, its a long weekend...let the casting on BEGIN!!

How to Celebrate Thanksgiving

1) Buy beautiful yarn from Peru (http://www.mirasolperu.com/)

2) Pour a nice glass of wine, slice some cheese and make yarn cakes!

3) Take cute pictures of cat with yarn

4) Stuff face full of turkey and pumpkin pie
5) Sleep it off
